These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the HelpThai application ("HelpThai", "App", "we", "us") and its TikTok integration features. By using HelpThai you accept these Terms.

By using HelpThai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Scope
HelpThai provides user-initiated TikTok integration functions including: login authorization, creator information retrieval, and content publishing through TikTok APIs.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with TikTok Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, and API policies.
- Do not upload or publish prohibited, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Restrictions
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- No unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- No spam, malware, or fraudulent activity via the app.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, improve functionality, or comply with legal and platform requirements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
HelpThai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free integrations with third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HelpThai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service, third-party platform outages, or user content actions.
